2023 Holiday Fun at Walt Disney World Resort!

Although it may seem as though the year 2023 has just begun, we are edging closer and closer to the holiday season! Halloween and Christmas are two of the most anticipated holidays, and nobody celebrates the way the Disney Parks do! Every year Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort go all out with holiday specific parties! Today, we are going to be talking about the excitement surrounding the holidays at Walt Disney World Resort.

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

Running from the middle of August to October 31st, is Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! While the park remains decorated throughout the entirety of this holiday season, this is a separately ticketed event meaning it is an additional cost to experience this after hours event. However, this event provides access to all your favorite attractions, exclusive character meet and greets, specific food options which are included in your fee, and exclusive night-time entertainment! Fans of the Disney villains will adore this event as special characters such as the Sanderson Sisters, Oogie Boogie, Jack Skellington and Sally, and the Queen of Hearts make an appearance! Other characters can be seen on the castle stage during the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular. For the fans who are looking to see other classic characters, Mickey and friends as well as the Disney Princesses can be seen throughout the night as well!. This spooktacular event is located in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort and is fun for all ages!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party swoops into the Magic Kingdom directly after Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! Running from the beginning of November to the end of December, this event is a jolly time for the entire family. Very similar to Not So Scary, there is exclusive night-time entertainment, special character meet and greets, specific food included with the purchase of your ticket, and a visit from the one and only Santa Clause! This event is an after hours, separately ticketed event, so it is an additional cost. All your favorite characters, attractions, and foods will be available during this event! See the Magic Kingdom decorated in lights and holiday cheer this season during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

Park Decorations Galore!

The holiday season is one of the most wonderful times of the year, and we are halfway there! Magic Kingdom is not the only park at Walt Disney World Resort that will be decorated accordingly during these holidays, EPCOT will also be hosting the Festival of the Holidays from the end of November to the end of December. Hollywood Studios will also have specific entertainment to get you in either the spooky or cheerful mood! This holiday season is the perfect time to book your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
