My Heart is Buried in Venice
It’s Addison, and this past summer I traveled throughout Italy with my family. It was such an incredible trip! Though we traveled to several parts of Italy, the stunning city of Venice was my favorite.
When it comes to Venice, you might think you know it all already. Everyone’s heard of the iconic gondolas, the energetic carnival, and the magnificent bridges that cross the canals, yet the unique thing about Venice is it’s 118 islands separated y 150 canals. That means that there are no cars in Venice, which decreases the air pollution. Venice's soul life is always bustling, ranging from street vendors to delicious restaurants, Venice is also known for its lovely carnival masks and blown glass. Venice is a little bit of everything!
The Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo
In the center of Venice, on the Grand Canal, sits the luxury hotel known as the Sina Palazzo Sant'Angelo. Several of the city's most stunning sights, including the famous Rialto Bridge, the grand St. Mark's Square, the Accademia Bridge, and the famous La Fenice Opera House, are only a short walk away. I was lucky enough to stay at this beautiful hotel. Something that stood out about this hotel was how beautiful the rooms where.
Each room was curated to bring a “traditional” Italian feeling, ranging from artistic wallpapers to the large windows overlooking the canal. Throughout the restraunt, their is a stunning courtyard, where you can eat delious italian breakfast items surrounded by a lovely garden setting. If you’re looking for the perfect hotel, stay at this one!
