July: South Africa

South Africa in July is during the colder, drier season, so you will have to dress warm for the early morning drives. October is typically the stormiest month in the Caribbean, so if you go a little earlier in August you will enjoy price drops and if lucky, pristine weather with no crowds! If such a gamble isn’t your thing, pay a little more and head farther south to Greneda or the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao) which lie outside the Hurricane Belt.
